WEST BATH — Cases of local interest adjudicated in Sagadahoc County courts in May:

Kelli Springer, 49, of North Monmouth, guilty of operating under the influence, $500 fine, 72 hours in jail stayed until Oct. 18, license suspended 90 days for an incident in Freeport on March 24.

Josiah J. Stewart, 30, of Brunswick, charges of obstructing report of a crime and domestic violence assault were transferred to Superior Court, for an incident in Brunswick on April 15.

Melissa M. Stewart, 40, of Dresden, guilty, failure to register a vehicle, $100 fine, for an incident in Bath on May 6.

Sierra Still, 18, of Yarmouth, a charge of motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over the speed limit, was transferred to Superior Court, for an incident in Freeport on April 14.

Joseph P. Swain, 39, of Brunswick, guilty of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $100 fine, for an incident in Freeport on March 13.

Tiffany Sylvester, 30, of Lewiston, guilty of permit unlawful use, $50 fine, for an incident in Bowdoin on March 3.

Walter R. Tarbox, 40, of West Gardiner, a charge of possession of marijuana, up to 1 1/2 ounce, adjudicated, $400 fine; a charge of the sale and use of drug paraphernalia was pled to another charge for an incident in Richmond on March 6.

Colby E. Tenggren, 22, of Milford, a charge of operating while suspended or revoked, with priors, was dismissed, for an incident in Bowdoinham on June 17, 2012.

Tod M. Thibeault, 56, of Brunswick, a charge of criminal trespassing was transferred to Superior Court for an incident in Brunswick on Dec. 2, 2012.

Tiffanie Thompson, 28, of Bowdoinham, guilty of theft by unauthorized taking, $100 fine, for an incident in Brunswick on March 6; guilty of failure to register a vehicle, $250 fine, for an incident in Brunswick on March 8.

Brad A. Tobey, 27, of Brunswick, guilty of operating under the influence, $500 fine, license suspended 90 days, for an incident in Bath on March 15.

Kimberly J. Trembley, 22, of Brunswick, a charge of operating while suspended or revoked, with priors, was transferred to Superior Court, for an incident in Brunswick on Jan. 18, 2012.

Hung Truong, 34, of Rockport, a charge of operating without a license was dismissed, for an incident in Woolwich on Feb. 6.

Alex D. Turner, 20, of Brunswick, charges of theft and violating condition of release were transferred to Superior Court, for an incident in Brunswick on April 3.

Joyce L. Turner, 67, of Topsham, guilty of failure to register a vehicle, $100 fine, for an incident in Topsham on April 23.

Gina Utecht, 43, of Topsham, guilty of motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over the limit, $350 fine, for an incident in Topsham on March 29.

Alex J. Walter, 17, of Bowdoinham, a charge of operating a vehicle while license suspended or revoked was dismissed, for an incident in Topsham on April 7.

William Washington, 79, of Bath, guilty of allowing dog at large, $50 fine, for an incident in Bath on April 11.

Jedidiah Wasilewski, 34, of Richmond, guilty of violating condition of release, 10 days in jail; guilty of criminal mischief, 10 days in jail, $105 restitution, for an incident in Richmond on April 8; guilty of violating condition of release, five days in jail, for an incident in Bath April 19.
