ELLSWORTH — Startup organizations, projects involving economically disadvantaged or disabled Mainers, libraries, symphonies and hospice care are eligible for funding from the Maine Charity Foundation Fund.
Last year, the Maine Charity Foundation Fund distributed $67,100 with 20 grants ranging in size from $800 to $4,000.
The deadline is Sept. 15. Apply online and see grant guidelines at www.mainecf.org.
