There’s still no official cause in the death of a Bath infant in June
Jaelyn Malcolm died June 21 at Maine Medical Center. Her mother, Danielle Malcolm, told medical staff at Mid Coast Hospital she was injured June 19.
The baby was placed into a medically induced coma to help relieve swelling in her brain, but died the next day.
Three days later, an autopsy was performed but the results have not been released.
