WEST BATH — Cases of local interest closed in Sagadahoc County courts in May:

Allen F. Moore, 20, of Lisbon Falls, guilty of minor consuming liquor, $200 fine, for an incident in Brunswick on March 30.

Elizabeth Morin, 23, of Harpswell, guilty of theft by unauthorized taking, $200 fine, for an incident in Brunswick on Sept. 26, 2010.

Christopher M. Munsey, 28, of Bath, guilty of refusing to submit to arrest or detention, using physical force, $250 fine, for an incident in Bath on Feb. 14.

Kenneth Munsey, 33, of Topsham, guilty of operating an unregistered snowmobile, for an incident in Bowdoinham on Jan. 5.

Ahmad Muti, 32, of Portland, guilty of assault, $1,000 fine, for an incident in Freeport on March 12.

Danielle M. Neale, 24, of Bangor, charges of operating under the influence, one prior, and possession of marijuana, up to 1 1/2 ounce, were transferred to Superior Court, for an incident in Freeport on April 3.

Robert Nolon, 22, of Brunswick, a charge of the sale and use of drug paraphernalia was dismissed, for an incident in Bath on Nov. 10, 2012.

Joseph Obrin, 31, of Topsham, guilty of operating a vehicle while license suspended or revoked, with priors, $750 fine, for an incident in Brunswick on March 8.

Warren W. O’Leary, 55, of Brunswick, a charge of operating under the influence, was transferred to Superior Court, for an incident in Brunswick on March 2.

Kimberly Ouellette, 24, of Topsham, charges of driving to endanger and operating under the influence were transferred to Superior Court, for an incident in Brunswick on March 16.

Harold V. Owen IV, 25, of Brunswick, a charge of endangering the welfare of a child was transferred to Superior Court, for an incident in Brunswick on April 15.

Daniel Palumbo, 21, of Brunswick, a charge of a minor consuming liquor was dismissed, for an incident in Brunswick on Sept. 28, 2012.

Dale M. Parady, 31, of Naples, guilty of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $100 fine; guilty of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $100 fine, for two incidents in Freeport on March 17.

Jennifer Ann Parker, 31, of Kennebunk, guilty of motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over the speed limit, $500 fine, license suspended for 60 days; a charge of operating a vehicle while license suspended or revoked, with priors, was pled to other charges, for an incident in Topsham on Sept. 18, 2011.

Jacob F. Percy, 25, of Bath, a charge of criminal mischief, was dismissed, for an incident in Bath on July 17, 2012.

Ethan D. Peters, 22, of Durham, displaying a suspended driver’s license, operating a vehicle while license suspended, attaching false plates on March 4, and unlawful drug possession, operating under the influence, one prior, and violating condition of release on March 30, were transferred to Superior Court.
