FREEPORT — L.L. Bean has announced its series of Summer in the Park events for 2013.
At 7:30 p.m. on July 4, Matt Nathanson will perform a free concert blending folk and rock music to create an original sound with a mix of acoustic and electric guitar.
Fireworks will follow at approximately 9:15 p.m.
Other free concerts include a Kids’ Music and Family Fun day from noon to 5 p.m. July 5 with performers including Audiobody, Yo Yo People, David Wax Museum, The Pop Ups, and Justin Roberts & The Not Ready for Naptime Players.
Three talented local bands — Amy Allen, Endless Interstate and Pete Kilpatrick Band — will perform for free at 7:30 p.m. July 6.
Other performers include Diane Birch, North of Nashville, The Head and The Heart, Guster, Tristan Prettyman and Joshua Radin.
