The following Lisbon High School class of 2013 honorees are listed alphabetically:

Kayla Marie Angelico is the daughter of Tina and Frank Angelico of Lisbon Falls. She will attend the University of Maine at Machias majoring in biology. Angelico has been active in soccer, track, student government, Science Olympiad, Interact Club and National Honor Society. She has been recognized as a Student of the Quarter and was a delegate to Girls State. Her interests include indoor soccer.

Brigette Marie Anthony is the daughter of Amanda and Robert Anthony Sr., of Lisbon. She will attend Southern Maine Community College majoring in culinary arts. Anthony has been active in Drama and the Anime Club and participated in the LDS Church Youth Group. She enjoys playing guitar, writing poetry, cooking and baking.

Rachel Elizabeth Ball is the daughter of Erin and Michael Ball of Lisbon. She will attend West Virginia University majoring in forensic and investigative science. She has been active in soccer, tennis, the prom committee and yearbook committee.

Kristianna Lee Benoit is the daughter of Kris and Bonnie Benoit of Lisbon. She will attend Southern Maine Community College majoring in business management. Benoit has been active in the Art Club, cross-country team, ProStart team, Gifted and Talented, Big Brothers-Big Sisters, student-teacher assistant, and served as editor of the yearbook and as an adult education helper.

Benoit is a member of the American Culinary Federation, Interact/Rotary Club, National Honor Society, National Technical Honor Society, and Skills USA. She has been recognized as a President’s Volunteer Service Award winner, received the Skills USA local Gold Medal and Skills USA State Silver Medal. In her spare time, Benoit enjoys cooking, baking, reading, writing, music and hanging out with friends.

Ryan Xavier Brewer is the son of Sybill and Brent Brewer of Lisbon Falls. He will attend Norwich University majoring in computer security and information assurance.

Brewer has been active in football, basketball, baseball, Yearbook Committee and has been class president all four years of high school. He is active in National Honor Society as vice president, and the LHS Boosters Club. He has received a Scholar Leader Award, English Award, Campbell Conference Football All-Star Award and a Basketball Academic All-Star Award. Brewer enjoys playing and watching all sports, and computers.

Miranda Leigh Carroll is the daughter of Dana Dudley and Roger Carroll of Lisbon Falls. She will attend Thomas College in an accounting MBA program. Carroll has been active in football cheering, competition cheering, track, student government treasurer, National Honor Society, National Technical Honor Society and FBLA treasurer. She has received an Academic Athlete Award, Skills USA Awards and Future Business Leaders of American Awards. Carroll has also been involved in the lifeguard program at the YMCA, Woodside Elementary School Library, LACO Food Bank, Good Shepherd Food Bank and the Mt. Ararat High School Swim Team. She enjoys accounting, cheerleading, reading and swimming.

Zachariah Joseph Merrill Cribbin is the son of Lashawnda Merrill of Lisbon. He will attend the University of Maine in Orono majoring in bioengineering. Cribbin has been active in soccer, tennis and the Science Olympiad and received the Harvard Book Award.

Tyler James Daly is the son of Elaine and Brian Daly. He will attend the University of Wisconsin at Eau Claire majoring in biochemical engineering. He has been active in the Technology Club, Drama Club, Yearbook, Interact Club, Science Olympiad, Outing Club, and track, and is a member of the National Honor Society.

Daly has received the Presidential Volunteer Awards, Science Inquiry Award, School Spirit Award and American Legion Award, and has a Black Belt in Shaolin Kempo Karate. Daly enjoys martial arts, hiking, writing, astronomy and reading.

Aaron Robert French is the son of Barbara and Kenneth French of Lisbon. He will attend the University of Maine majoring in mechanical engineering. He has been active in the Science Olympiad and was a Boys State Delegate. French enjoys his free time playing tennis.

Leah Elizabeth Goldsberry is the daughter of Judy Earle and James Goldsberry of Lisbon Falls. She will attend New England Culinary Institute majoring in baking and pastry arts. She has been active in Prom Committee, cheering, National Honor Society and National Technical Honor Society. She has received Skills Awards, ProStart Culinary Competition Award and the Grand Cross of Color for Rainbow Girls. Goldsberry enjoys baking, cheering, and drawing.

Aaron Michael Halls is the son of Laurie and Michael Halls of Lisbon Falls. He will attend the University of Southern Maine majoring in general studies. He has been active in student government, soccer, track and the Drama Club. Halls is a member of the National Honor Society, MVC Student Leadership Committee and Maine Student Advisory Council. He has received the Daughters of the American Revolution Good Citizenship Award, and the Maine Principals’ Association Principal’s Award. Halls enjoys reading, playing video games and collecting comic books.

Chelsea Lyn Huston is the daughter of Janice and Terry Huston of Lisbon Falls. She will attend the University of Maine in Orono in the Exploratory Program. She has been active in soccer, student government, the Civil Rights Team, and softball. She is a member of the National Honor Society and has been a Girls State delegate. Huston enjoys photography, dirt biking and soccer.

Brenten Lloyd Laffely is the son of Lynn and Matthew Laffely of Lisbon. He will attend Husson College majoring in pharmacy.

Rachel Anne Miller is the daughter of Cathy and Earl Russell of Lisbon. She is undecided about college. Miller has been active in Band and Chorus and enjoys playing music, listening to music and going to concerts.

Jaymi Heather Thibault is the daughter of Lisa and Gerald Thibault. She will be attending the University of Maine in Orono majoring in Political Science. Thibault has been active in contemporary Issues through the Androscoggin Valley Education Consortium and is a member of the National Honor Society. Thibault enjoys spending time with friends and family, photography and pottery.
