PORTLAND
A Bath man will spend the next 21 months in prison after he was sentenced on a child pornography charge.
Joseph Finocchiaro, 62, was sentenced in U.S. District Court in Portland Friday, according to U.S. Attorney Thomas Delahanty II.
Finocchiaro had pleaded guilty to the charge of possession of child pornography on Feb. 6.
Court records indicate that a search warrant was executed in October 2012 at Finocchiaro’s Bath residence and several collages of child porn depicting children ranging from toddler age to 15 were seized. He had printed the images from an Internet photo-sharing website and assembled them into collages.
Finocchiaro must also serve five years of supervised release following his prison sentence.
