BATH — Smith-Tobey Post banged out 10 hits and received standout pitching from Jackson Walker and Thomas Warren to earn a 6-3 victory in recent Bath Cal Ripken baseball action.
The Smith-Tobey offense was powered by Isaak Flaming, who went 3-for-3 with two doubles and a single, Brandon Barone with two doubles, Kaleb Jackson and Thomas Warren a single and double apiece, and Kam Harrison with a double.
Warren pitched three innings, striking out six, while Walker struck out sevenin three innings of work. Kaleb Jackson played very well defensively.
For BMDA, Logan Pelletier and Joey Cholish singled and Josh Doughty hit a double.
Isaiah Cogswell struck out 10 in four innings of work and Sam Sinibaldi struck out two in the last inning. Pelletier played well defensively making a standout catch in center field in the bottom of the fifth with bases loaded to end the inning.
