MILLINGTON, Tenn. — Ty Connors, a Brunswick native, received the Service to Youth award for his efforts as a swim coach.
Connors, a mass communications specialist 2nd Class in the U.S. Navy, spent more than 300 hours working with youngsters on his YMCAsponsored swim team.
