FREEPORT — The Freeport High School girls lacrosse game received goals from seven different players in a 15-6 Western Maine Conference victory over Fryeburg Academy on Thursday.
The Falcons visit Waynflete in a rematch of last year’s State Class B title game on Tuesday at 4 p.m.
Meredith Broderick paced Freeport (4-2) with four goals and three assists. Courtney Broderick (three goals, one assist), Lizzy Martin (three goals), Dayze Gaulin (two goals), Julia Dearden (one goal two assists), Julie Fosburg (goal) and Nina Moore (goal) also contributed on the scoresheet.
Freeport received nine saves from Molly Lane.
Kendra Fox paced Fryeburg (1-3) with five goals. Kyra Hunsicker chipped in one tally.
