BATH — Habitat for Humanity/7 Rivers Maine will hold its third 5K Run on Saturday, May 4 and its 20th annual Spring Walk on Sunday, May 5.
These events, both to be held in Bath adjacent to the ReStore, form Habitat’s major annual fundraiser to support affordable housing in the 31 municipalities in the southern Mid-coast area.
This year, the run, which offers nearly $1,000 in cash prizes, will take place on Saturday morning 9 a.m. on a route that winds through historic Bath and along the Kennebec River.
Pre-registration for the 5K run can be completed online at Active.com and also at the Habitat website for $15. Sameday registration begins at 7:30 a.m. for $20.
