AUGUSTA (AP) — The arraignment of a 23-year-old Sidney man charged with video recording the sexual assault of a 4-year-old girl he was babysitting has been delayed again.
Eric Bard was scheduled to enter a plea at an arraignment scheduled for Tuesday on 21 counts, but the court proceeding was postponed.
It has been more than eight months since Bard was accused of assaulting the girl.
