BRUNSWICK — A career CIA analyst will speak on “Balancing Civil Liberties and National Security: Inside Perspectives on the CIA” at Bowdoin College.
Ray McGovern, a 27-year career analyst at the CIA, will speak at Kresge Auditorium at 6:45 p.m., Saturday, May 4, sponsored by the campus chapters of College International Club, Amnesty International and Students for Justice in Palestine; the Bowdoin College government department; and numerous peace groups in the Brunswick area.
