Police allege an intoxicated 17-year-old girl without a license drove a pickup truck into another vehicle then drove away from the Rollerworld parking lot Friday.
At 9:31 p.m. Friday, Topsham police Lt. Fred Dunn said Sgt. Mark Gilliam located a 2005 Chevy Silverado pickup at the end of dead-end Atwood Road and arrested a 17-year-old Harpswell girl on charges of operating under the influence and operating without a license.
A passenger, Alec Temple, 19, of Harpswell, was issued a summons charging him with allowing consumption of liquor by a minor, allowing operation of a motor vehicle by an unlicensed driver, and furnishing alcohol to minors.
Dunn said it appears two other people in the truck — an adult and a juvenile — were not issued charges.
After the incident, 21-yearold Judith Cave was issued a summons charging her with furnishing alcohol to a minor, Dunn said, because she allegedly told police she had provided the alcohol to Temple.
