Neale was acknowledged for her contributions at the club’s annual meeting April 10 at the Topsham Public Library. The club also announced its new website is up and running at www.topshamgardenclub.com. The club is a nonprofit organization with members in Topsham, Brunswick, Durham, Bowdoin, Bowdoinham and Gardiner. The club meets monthly year round and maintains gardens at the Town Hall complex, the Topsham Public Library, the “Topsham” sign at Maine and Elm streets and the horse trough on Elm Street.
