WISCASSET — Maine Art Gallery will reopen for the 2013 season on May 1 with a “Member’s Only” exhibit. Art in all mediums is welcomed: fiber, sculpture, photography, hand printing, paintings, ceramics, and so on.
Membership is easier than ever this year as the fee has dropped to $35 with all the same benefits, plus some: unframed works continuously shown, individual workspace, discounts on classes, workshops and demonstrations, plus a new website offering online submissions and jurying.
Additionally, there will be a new Wiscasset-wide Gallery Walk coinciding with each exhibit.
In order to participate in the “Members Only” exhibit, running May 1 through June 2, join the gallery before May 1.
