Alise M. Scorfina, 27, of 1105 St. Charles Ave., St. Charles, Missouri, was arrested March 14 at 2:15 p.m. at L.L. Bean on Main Street and charged with shoplifting, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug and on an outstanding warrant charging of violating probation. She was taken to Cumberland County in Portland to await a May 21 West Bath District Court date and pending extradition.

Joseph Swain, 39, of 30 Water St., Apt. 101, Brunswick, was arrested March 14 at 2:15 p.m. at L.L. Bean on Main Street and charged with shoplifting. He was ordered to appear in West Bath District Court on May 21.

Ahmad J. Muti, 31, of 211 Cumberland Ave., Apt. 514, Portland, was summonsed March 12 at 6:01 p.m. on Main Street on a charge of assault. Muti was ordered to appear in West Bath District Court on May 7.

Damon Carroll, 33, 104 Portland St., Yarmouth, was arrested March 1 at 11:28 p.m. on Lower Main Street and charged with operating while intoxicated. Carroll was taken to Cumberland County Jail in Portland and ordered to appear in West Bath District Court on May 7.

Kyle A. Trefethen, 27, of 206 Lyman St., Westbrook, was arrested Feb. 28 at 11:54 p.m. on I-295 South and charged with operating while suspended, and on a warrant from Westbrook Police Department for failure to appear in court. He was taken to Cumberland County Jail in Portland on the warrant and ordered to appear in West Bath District Court on May 7.

Jeremiah C. Schirrmacher, 28, of 22 Pleasant St., Apt. 1B, Brunswick, was detained Feb. 28 at 11:54 p.m. on I-295 South on a warrant from South Portland alleging theft, refusing to submit to arrest, and possession or transfer of burglary tools. He was taken to Cumberland County Jail in Portland to await a court appearance.

Bruce A. Collind , 55, of 24 Grant St., Apt. 2. Portland, was arrested Feb. 27 at 4:37 p.m. on U.S. Route 1 and charged with operating under the influence. Collind was ordered to appear in West Bath District Court on May 7.

Michael T. Turner, 23, of 560 Cumberland Ave., Portland, was arrested Feb. 20 at 10:10 p.m. on U.S. Route 1 and charged with operating under the influence and operating without a license. He was ordered to appear in West Bath District Court April 16.

Katie C. Parish, 23, of 12 Birch Lane, Cumberland, was detained Feb. 19 at 11:46 a.m. on Depot Street and issued a summons for operating while suspended . Parish was ordered to appear in West Bath District Court on April 16.

Christopher Alan Pennell, 25, of 17 Prout Rd., was detained Feb. 16 at 10:42 a.m. on U.S. Route 1 and issued a summons for possession of marijuana. Pennell was ordered to appear in West Bath District Court on April 16.
