TOPSHAM — Today’s scheduled presentation by The Highlands of $20,000 to a neighboring elementary school, has been postponed until March 28 due to the weather.
The Highlands, a retirement community located in Topsham, planned to present a $20,000 check today to officials at Williams-Cone School during recess at the elementary school.
The donation will go toward the school’s new playground. Residents from The Highlands, Williams- Cone students and administrators were expected to attend the presentation, as well as representatives of School Administrative District 75.
