Police are looking for someone who broke into and ransacked a vacant apartment at 530 High St., Police Chief Michael Field said Thursday.
Officer Ted Raedel discovered at 11:18 a.m. Wednesday that someone had broken into the apartment. He found mud smeared on the walls and toiler paper and wrappers strewn around, said Field, who is eyeing burglary, trespass and mischief charges.
