The decision knocked UNE (5-19, 4-13 CCC) from contention for the last spot in the upcoming CCC tournament.
Former Freeport High School standout Mitch Loeman scored all seven of his points after halftime for UNE, which trailed just 33-32 at the half.
But, the Bisson (13-11, 8-9 CCC) scored the first 12 points of the second half to take control.
