Freeport

Jason Troy McPhail, 39, of 464 Meadow Road, Topsham, was arrested Feb. 11 at 4:10 p.m. at L.L. Bean on Main Street and charged with theft by unauthorized taking. McPhail also was issued summonses charging unlawful drug possession and possession of marijuana. McPhail was bailed from Freeport Police Department and ordered to appear in West Bath District Court on April 2.

Robert Allen Uquhart, 25, of 16 West School House Crossing Road, Topsham, was apprehended Feb. 5 at 3:30 p.m. at Durham Road and True Street and issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Urquhart was ordered to appear in West Bath District Court April 2.

Francisco Valle, 31, of 49 Cumberland St., Brunswick, was apprehended Jan. 27 at 11:02 p.m. at a Village View apartment on two Brunswick warrants alleging unpaid fines. Valle was taken to Cumberland County Jail to await arraignment.

Stacey J. Tremblay, 48, of 7 Lady Slipper Lane, Freeport, was arrested Jan. 25 at 3:28 p.m. on Mallett Drive and charged with operating under the influence, driving with a suspended license, violating conditions of release, and drinking in a motor vehicle. Tremblay was taken to Cumberland County Jail and ordered to appear in West Bath District Court March 19.

Jackie M. Chamberlain, 29, of 106 Munsey Road., Jefferson, was arrested Jan. 25 at 1:02 p.m. at L.L. Bean and charged with theft. Chamberlain was released on bail and ordered to appear in West Bath District Court March 19.

Joni M. Feener, 26, of 74 Munsey Road, Jefferson, was arrested Jan. 25 at 1:02 p.m. at L.L. Bean and charged with theft. Feener was released on bail and ordered to appear in West Bath District Court on March 19.

Michael Kane, 50, of 43 Field Road., Arrowsic, was arrested Jan. 19 at 11:48 p.m. on Interstate 295 north and charged with operating under the influence. He was taken to Cumberland County Jailand ordered to appear in West Bath District Court March 18.

Joshua J.Manter, 26, of 11 Grant Road, was arrested Jan. 18 at 9:52 p.m. on Wardtown Road, and charged with possession of marijuana. Manter was ordered to appear in West Bath District Court on March 18.

Heather Melick, 25, of 570 New Dam Road., North Waterboro, was arrested and charged with unlawful drug possession, and possession of marijuana. Melick was ordered to appear in West Bath District Court March 18.

Serena A. McIntyre, 30, of 555 Westbrooke St., South Portland, was apprehended Jan. 8 at 12:34 p.m. at L.L. Bean and issued a summons alleging theft. McIntyre was ordered to appear in West Bath District Court on March 19.

A female juvenile from Freeport was apprehended on a failure-to-appear warrant Jan. 18 at 10:06 a.m. on Main Street and taken by corrections officer to Long Creek Development Center in South Portland.
