This is a free interactive and informative seminar that will walk participants through the process. Living wills are an interactive document that allows a person to detail their wishes for medical and personal care should they be unable to advocate for themselves due to medical reasons, the advancement of dementia or other progressive illness.
Topics covered other than medical treatment will be end-of-life care issues, choosing a medical proxy or decision maker, as well as how to use and update a living will.
Blank copies of the living will document will be made available to all participants.
Bring your lunch and we will provide dessert.
