Walter S. Skold, 52, of 12B Kendall Lane, was issued a summons Jan. 14 at 9:37 p.m. on Kendall Lane, charging him with failing to register a motor vehicle.
Heather M. Lemay, 24, of 28 Fernald Road, was arrested Jan. 13 at 11:47 p.m. on Interstate 295 and charged with operating under the influence and exceeding the posted speed limit by more than 30 mph. Lemay posted bail from the police station and a West Bath District Court date is pending.
Christopher L. Lunt, 22, of 7 Cedar Lane, was arrested Jan. 13 at 1:22 p.m. after he drove his car off Baker Road and collided with a utility pole, snapping it in half. Lunt was charged with operating under the influence and posted bail from the police station. A West Bath District Court date is pending.
Brandon R. Baker, 21, of 178 Davis Road, Durham, was arrested Jan. 12 at 2:26 a.m. on Durham and Gay roads, and charged with operating under the influence. Baker made bail from the police station and was ordered to appear in West Bath District Court on March 5.
Andrew Dagres, 21, of 6 Henderson Circle, Newburyport, Mass., was arrested Jan. 8 at 11:10 a.m. after a singlecar collision on Bow Street, and charged with sale and use of drug paraphernalia.

Terrel Elwell, 36, of Bath, Jan. 15, 1:32 p.m., was charged on warrants for unpaid fines and failure to appear, on Centre Street.
