Midcoast Symphony Orchestra presents Richard Wagner’s Overture “The Flying
Dutchman” and Aaron Copland’s “Concerto for Clarinet,” performed by Peter Jenkin, principal clarinet of the Australian Opera and Ballet Orchestra in Sydney, and Robert Schumann’s Symphony No. 3 in E flat major, “The Rhenish” at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 19, at The Franco- American Heritage Center, 46 Cedar St., Lewiston.
The concert will be reprised Sunday, Jan. 20, at 2:30 p.m. at Orion Performing Arts Center, 66 Republic Ave., Topsham.
Tickets are $18 (18 and under are admitted free)
