POWNAL — Mountain Arts is hosting a Keep Me Warm Concert and Art Series in the historic Mallett Hall, 429 Hallowell Road.
The first of this series will be held on Nov. 10, featuring Kevin Midgley and friends and also Pejepscot Station.
In the gallery there will be a quilt show and turned wood by Peter Asselyn. Doors will open at 6:30 p.m. with an admission of $10; the concert will start at 7:30 p.m.
There will be raffles, refreshments and door prizes and all proceeds will be donated to the “Keep Pownal Warm” fuel assistance fund that is distributed through Freeport Community Services.
