Tilson has served as senior fellow for Maine Center for Public Health, on the adjunct faculties and advisory boards for the public health programs of the University of New England and the Muskie School at the University of Southern Maine, on the pivotal “Turning Point” project to restructure Maine’s local public health delivery system, and as a member of Gov. John Baldacci’s Task Force on Homeland Security.
