BRUNSWICK Brunswick police are investigating the cause of a motorcycle crash that occurred along the Cook’s Corner Route 1 southbound off ramp this afternoon. Reported to police at 2:23 p.m., Lt. Tom Garrepy said 54-year-old Johnny Johnson of Brunswick lost control of the 1995 Harley Davidson motorcycle he was driving and ended up the grass area between the ramp and Route 1. Johnson was not wearing a helmet and was taken to Maine Medical Center in Portland by Brunswick Rescue with a possible head injury, Garrepy said. The cause of the crash remains under investigation. No other vehicles were involved.
