The American Red Cross is holding blood drives in cities and towns throughout Maine to meet the basic needs of Maine hospitals.
Donors will be eligible to win a $200 gift card toward the cost of home heating, courtesy of Suburban Propane; and can also enter to win a vintage Godin Fifth Avenue Guitar with case.
Drives will be held Nov. 3, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., at Mid Coast Presbyterian Church, Topsham; Nov. 6, 1:30 to 6:30 p.m., at the American Legion Post, Richmond; Nov. 10, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., at Shaw’s Supermarket, Brunswick; Nov. 12, noon to 4:30 p.m., Knights of Columbus, Bath; Nov. 13, 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., Lisbon High School, Lisbon Falls; Nov. 18, 10:00 a.m. to 3 p.m., Coffin Elementary School, Brunswick; Nov. 19 , 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., American Red Cross chapter, Topsham; and Nov. 27, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., Bank of America’s branch in Brunswick.
