A high-speed chase from Topsham to Brunswick early Sunday led to the arrest of a 21-year-old Topsham man.
Sagadahoc County Sheriff ’s Chief Deputy Brett Strout said Cpl. Ian Alexander was driving west on Route 196 in Topsham at about 12:50 a.m. Sunday when he observed a 1999 GMC pickup speeding toward him and attempted to stop the vehicle.
