The Friday lecture, titled “Trees and Tree People; Greening Ourselves, Saving the Planet,” is 7 p.m. Oct. 19 in the Sanctuary at Woodfords Congregational Church, Portland. The cost is $25 at the door.
The Saturday seminar, “Grail, Goddesses, Circles, and the Sacred Feminine,” provides opportunities to be in touch with inner sources of wisdom and compassionate action, according to a news release. It takes place from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 20 in Memorial Hall at Woodfords Congregational Church. The cost is $85.
