FREEPORT — Hilton Worldwide recently announced that its Hilton Garden Inn hotel brand achieved the highest ranking in the “Upscale Segment” of the J.D. Power and Associates 2012 North America Hotel Guest Satisfaction Index Study.
The brand has achieved the highest ranking in the study for nine of the past 11 years.
“Delivering high-quality service and keeping each and every guest satisfied at our more than 3,800 hotels around the world is the key element that makes our business successful,” Paul Brown, president, brands and commercial services, Hilton Worldwide, said in a news release. “We are proud to lead the Upscale Segment with our Hilton Garden Inn brand and look forward to continuing to meet and exceed our guests’ expectations.”
Hilton Garden Inn, with more than 540 hotels globally and one located in Freeport, was awarded the highest hotel brand in the “Upscale Segment,” coming in 22 points above the segment average and receiving the highest score in the food and beverage category, according to the news release.
