RICHMOND — The Sugg Middle School boys soccer began its season with a 4-0 defeat recently on a windy Richmond field.
Play was fairly balanced, with Richmond’s strength working the ball up its right side in finding the net three times.
The fourth Richmond goal was scored via a penalty kick that got by rookie goalie Bryant Hall.
Striker Bradley Boulet and right winger Ryley Austin each fired off several volleys for Sugg, while newcomers Reece Rustad, Dolan Shane, Elijah Spiro and Josh Huston played well.
