TOPSHAM — The Mt. Ararat High School freshman boys soccer team opened its 2012 season with a 2-1 loss to rival Brunswick on Thursday.
Stefan Peters scored the lone goal for the Eagles, who are 0-1 and visit Lewiston today.
Deamonte Stupinski, Eric French, Devon Drew, Nick Breed and Eli Timberlake played for Mt. Ararat, while goaltender Mason Griffin turned aside eight shots.
