BRUNSWICK — Androscoggin Home Care & Hospice announces a general volunteer training for those interested in visiting patients in the Brunswick/Topsham area. The training is scheduled for Wednesday at Parkview Hospital from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.There is no cost to participate.
All Androscoggin Home Care & Hospice volunteers are valued members of the health care team. The general volunteer training prepares volunteers to visit with patients who are homebound while they recover from an illness or injury or any other reason requiring home care services. This training also prepares volunteers to work in the office or at the Hospice House as a greeter or kitchen support.
