WEST BATH
The Sagadahoc County Sheriff ’s Department is investigating a burglary that occurred Friday on Birch Point Road.
Chief Deputy Brett Strout said the homeowners came home Friday and found their door was kicked open. They had left around 9:30 a.m. The burglary was reported at 7:22 p.m. Friday.
Strout said several electronics were taken with a total value of around $2,000.
The burglary remains under investigation.
