PORTLAND — The following grand jury indictments involving local individuals or incidents were reported on July 5 by the Cumberland County District Attorney’s Office.
Jacob Davis, 20, of Brunswick, on a Class C count of criminal threatening, for a May 24 incident investigated by Brunswick police.
Robert Faulkner, 23, of Gorham, on Class C counts of possession of scheduled drugs and aggravated criminal mischief; and Class D counts of criminal operating under the influence and operating after license suspension, for a May 5 incident investigated by Brunswick police.
Jennifer Giggey, 30, of Freeport, on three Class C counts of theft with priors, for a February incident investigated by Freeport police.
Chaya Seewald, 32, of Brooklyn, N.Y., on Class C counts of possession of scheduled drugs and criminal forfeiture, for a March 27 incident investigated by Freeport police.
