People Plus will host a talk about cars at 1 p.m. Tuesday at 35 Union St.
The service manager and mechanics from Bill Dodge Auto Group will walk participants through an owner’s manual to help ensure that vehicle owners know how to take the necessary steps to check for safety.
They will then venture outdoors for a look under the hood for a comprehensive, AZ approach on how a car works
