TOPSHAM — The Mt. Ararat High School jayvee boys lacrosse team picked up two recent wins.
On Tuesday, Mt. Ararat toppled Edward Little, 8-3 at Central Maine Community College.
Scoring goals were Gabe Donovan, Nick Dow (assisted by Jack Mickles), Ben Bishop (Dow), Ben Foley, Seth Martin (Mickles), Foley and Ryan Smith twice in his first year with the sport.
Goaltender Greg Wallace made six stops and Connor Read three, while Mike Tran, Sean Bolduc, Kyle Lussier and Kenny Stimpson played well.
On Saturday, Mt. Ararat (4- 2) got past Oxford Hills, 9-2, as Foley and Dow scored three goals each, and Bishop, Martin and Kellen Radulski added one goal each.
Picking up assists were Kyle Lussier (3), Dow (2), Bishop, Zach Curtis, Jake Schoenberg and Martin.
In goal, Wallace had three saves and Nick Alvarado two, while Tran, Bolduc and Chandler Field played strong allaround games.
