AUGUSTA — Desiree Chabot struck out nine hitters, walked three and permitted two hits as the Cony High School jayvee girls softball team handed Mt. Ararat a 16-3 loss on Monday.
Katie Frizzle and Michaela Schanholtz each singled for the Eagles, while Erica Everett pitched. Piper Ingle, Erica Everett and Maggie Vaillancourt each walked.
