The Sagadahoc County Budget Advisory Committee will hold a public hearing on the proposed 2012-13 budget at 6 p.m. Thursday at the county courthouse.
The hearing is designed to “solicit comments, questions, suggestions and opinions from municipal officials and the public regarding the county of Sagadahoc 2012-13 proposed operating and capital budgets,” a release states.
Immediately following the hearing, the Budget Advisory Committee will meet to finalize the committee’s budget recommendations to the Sagadahoc County commissioners.
The hearing will take place in the jury room on the third floor of the Sagadahoc County Courthouse, 752 High St.
