WISCASSET — Wiscasset Public Library will host two April school vacation week events.
Georgie Thompson, a former gifted and talented program teacher in the Wiscasset schools will offer two session of origami on Tuesday at the library.
Children new or less advanced to the craft are invited to a session that will run from 10:30 a.m. to noon. Those with more experience in the art form can attend a session that runs from 1:30 p.m. to 3 p.m. Paper for folding will be provided.
The Pocket Opera Players, led by “Opera Man” John Reinhardt, will perform “Who’s Afraid of Opera?” in the children’s room on Wednesday.

Both activities are free and open to the public.
