PORTLAND (AP) — About 100 people gathered to mark the birthday of a toddler who disappeared from her father’s home in December in Waterville.
The crowd joined the family in singing happy birthday to Ayla Reynolds during a vigil Wednesday evening in Portland’s Monument Square. The family also handed out birthday cake.
