BATH — The following cases closed in Sagadahoc County Superior Court between July 1, 2011, and Dec. 31, 2011.

Denise L. Keith, 38, of Bath, Aug. 12, 2010, disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, dismissed for other reason.

Jason Kennedy, 38, of Standish, Sept. 16, 2010, operating vehicle without license — conditional/restricted, jail seven days; operating under the influence, $700, jail eight months all but 10 days suspended, probation one year, license suspended three years.

Erica Kilde, 32, of Richmond, Sept. 9, 2010, theft by receiving stolen property, jail 20 days, restitution $3,125.92.

James M. Knight Jr., 40, of West Bath, June 21, 2011, failing to obtain a driver’s license, dismissed, pleaded to another charge; operating under the influence — no test, $900, jail six months, probation one year, license suspended three years, registration suspended.

Ian Landry, 27, of Bath, April 9, 2011, burglary, dismissed, pleaded to another charge; criminal mischief, jail 30 days; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, jail 30 days; criminal trespass, jail 364 days all but 30 days suspended, probation one year, restitution $1,339.75.

David Lavigne, 45, of Litchfield, Jan. 31, 2011, unlawful possession of oxycodone, $400, jail two years all suspended, probation one year, restitution of $140.

Casey Leavitt, 20, of Bath, May 12, 2011, violating condition of release, $300; operating vehicle without license, $200.

Kevin B. Leighton, 45, of Woolwich, June 25, 2011, violating protective order, jail six months all suspended, probation one year; violating condition of release, dismissed, pleaded to another charge.

Joshua Douglas Lenentine, 27, of Bath, May 15, 2011, assault, $300, jail 364 days all but seven days suspended, probation one year, restitution $250; criminal mischief, dismissed, pleaded to another charge.

Amanda J. Lewis, 24, of Boothbay, Aug. 25, 2011, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400, jail four years all but 12 months suspended, probation two years, restitution of $240; endangering the welfare of a child, jail six months.

Raymond W. Lilly, 27, of Dresden, June 6, 2010, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400, jail seven days.

Patrick R. Magennis, 28, of Portsmouth, July 24, 2011, operating under the influence,

$500, jail 48 hours, license suspended 90 days.

James M. Manley, 52, of Bath, Sept. 20, 2010, violating condition of release, jail six months; in separate incident Sept. 19, 2010, elevated aggravated assault, jail 22 years all but 20 years suspended, probation six years
