GORHAM — The visiting Endicott College Gulls scored 11 unanswered goals in the opening 24 minutes and never looked back en route to a 19-5 victory over the University of Southern Maine Huskies in a non- conference women’s lacrosse match Saturday afternoon at Hannaford Field.

The Huskies had their twogame winning streak stopped and fell back to 4-4 overall.

Morgan DeShaw led Endicott’s attack with a game-high seven goals and one assist.

Rosie Forster led Southern Maine with three goals, while Shelby Turcotte had a goal and an assist, and sophomore Jacki Kelly of Brunswick dished off two assists.

Southern Maine is off until this upcoming Saturday ( 1 p.m.) when the Huskies travel to Keene, N.H., to open its Little East Conference schedule at Keene State College.
