BATH — A 25-year-old Bath man was charged Thursday with unlawful sexual touching and assault in a case police say involves a 12-year-old Bath boy.
Aaron Larson, 25, of Bath, was charged Thursday by Bath police with the misdemeanor crimes.
Larson, who was a friend of the boy’s family, allegedly assaulted the child while the boy spent the night at his house, Bath Police Lt. Stan Cielinski said Monday.
Larson is scheduled to appear May 8 in West Bath District Court.
