BRUNSWICK — The Southern Midcoast Maine Chamber will host the first of a three-part series of women’s business forums on Wednesday at Bowdoin College.
“A Healthy Life Balance for Working Women” will feature guest speaker Lois Skillings, president of Mid Coast Hospital, who will “ share her career path and the bumps along the way with family and work, her ‘ ah-ha’ moments, and tips for maintaining a healthy life balance,” according to a release.”
“We are excited to partner with local businesses and provide a community-wide forum for Mid-coast women to talk about issues relevant to them,” chamber president, Steven Wallace said in the release.
The event is scheduled to run from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday in Moulton Union on the Bowdoin College campus.
All women in the Mid-coast area are invited to the event. Admission costs $15, including a lunch buffet and networking opportunities before and after the program. Space is limited. The deadline to register is Tuesday.
