GORHAM (AP) — Republican presidential candidate Ron Paul is visiting Maine this week.
The Texas congressman is expected to spend part of Friday and Saturday in the state.
The Portland Press Herald reports he is scheduled to visit the Gorham campus of the University of Southern Maine on Saturday.
His appearance was arranged by USM Student Body President Chris Camire and Aaron Libby, a Republican state representative from North Waterboro.
The winner of Maine’s GOP presidential preference caucuses will be announced Feb. 11.
