COLONIE, N.Y. (AP) — A regional jet made an unscheduled stop at the Albany International Airport after its crew noticed a problem with a fuel gauge.

Airport spokesman Doug Myers says the Delta Airlines flight with 51 passengers and three crew members was en route from Detroit to Portland, Maine, when it was diverted Wednesday afternoon to Albany.

The flight, operated by Pinnacle Airlines, resumed its trip at 5:30 p.m. after a twohour stop to check out the problem. There were no injuries.
