RICHMOND — The Board of Selectmen will meet today at 6 p.m. at the town office to address a short agenda before beginning a budget workshop.
Selectmen are scheduled to receive a library update from Victoria Boundy, the town’s director of community and business development, and discuss the Umberhine Library’s ongoing efforts.
The board also is scheduled to consider entering executive session to discuss personnel issues.
