She is preceded in death by her husband, John S. Finley; grandsons, Mark William and Abraham Patrick; brothers, David and Victor deBree; and son- in- law, Thomas Lee.
She is survived by her daughters, Karen ( Lowell) Wysong, Alane Lee, and Paula (Verne) Telken; sisters, Ruth Stevens and Mildred Snowman; 13 grandchildren; 18 great- grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Nellie was an accomplished seamstress all her life. For over 30 years she worked for Congress Sportswear in Bath, Maine. For the last 20 years she has resided in Beavercreek, Ohio.
